Yeah... I used to work in Security and I pretty much worked 2 years straight of nights... It's true... sometimes caffeine isn't enough...

I cooked some after soaking it in soy sauce. It's pretty yummy with ketchup. I just found too many tofu recipes that it was overwhelming.

Yeah it really can soak up too much flavor if it isn't balanced well. but the same can be said of fish and chicken.(i like to cook lol) so how was you're day/night?

I'm the opposite. I hate cooking. Too many dishes. My night just started. Roomie just went to bed so I have the entire night to entertain myself with a 360 and PS3. That or I could go to the casinos. But I don't feel like wasting money.

LOL now i hate hate hate doing dishes lol, But the cooking and eating part is fun. So you dont have to work? If i wasn't doing home work i would jump on XBLA with you and pass some time lol

I'm doing okay. It's another weekend with not much to do. I sometimes end up sleeping all weekend because I have a roommate and I don't want to wake her up, but I moved my TV in my room to make room for boxes in the living room.... ENTERTAINMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
