Just got done with another meeting yesterday! We'll be securing everything in the next week or two and will have a price range for tickets and a hotel set asap!!!!

I hear ya dude. I can say that there will be a drinking/dinner evening on Friday, a viewing of RvB in a Drafthouse like theater followed by a gaming night for Saturday, then a grillout and bar bender for Sunday, and a hangover breakfast somewhere for Monday to wrap it up. Tentatively of course.

I will say, that the all three of us organizers of this event are purchasing tickets and paying for hotel accommodations. It's still a paid event so everyone chipping in is good.
