Probably Sarge's speach about "Why are we here" before they all head off to save Church and Tex. A Close second is when Grif gets demoted to whatever Washington made him.
My favorite moment is either episode 2 with the "chupathingy" bit or in Reconstruction when Caboose makes the worst throw ever of all time. My favorite moment not in the main series is the whole zombie PSA since it was essentially the first RvB thing I ever watched.
I love when Church meets Junior, his line "This is- I can't- I can't- I don't......" I just find great, also when he keeps saying that he need to kill it and that it is an abomination. I don't know why but I just love these moments.
Also I love when Junior says "Bom Chicka Honk Honk" this is now my text ringtone on my phone.

I always enjoy the way they wrap up the seasons. That's the thing I'd pick if I had to pick. The one-liners are to plethoric to pick one I enjoy the most.

There's been so many awesome moments. My favorite overall is then end of season 9 when Tex and Church are talking.
Funny moments though, when the reds are driving over the hill in the warthog with music blaring and the blues say something along the lines of "What the hell is that noise?!"
My god, can one really choose? I think one of my favorites had to be the 'Worst Throw Ever', classic Caboose and Grif's 'It looks like a puma' argument, the argument that kind of started my love for the show...
I think for me it was church went inside cabbose's head in ep 100 part2 and killed the yellow version of himself and he popped up in the past with the other churches.
My two favorite moments are relatively smaller moments but they always make me laugh:
#1: Blood Gulch Chronicles, Episode 70 when Simmons is in Blue Armor and Church tells him that nobody liked the guy in maroon armor, as if he doesn't realize that it's Simmons. After Simmons runs off crying, Sheila asks Church if he realizes that was Simmons to which Church perfectly responds, "oh yeah." Just a great setup and perfectly delivered punchline.
#2: In episode 4 of Recreation, when Washington get's a call in prison (a relatively serious scene), he turns on the video phone and Caboose appears yelling "AGENT WASHINGTON!" and Washington's like fml. And then when asked how Caboose found him, Caboose responds, "You were on my computer screen!" I think the reason I love this scene is not just Washington and Caboose's perfect delivery, but it's a small scene that single-handedly displays the glorious mix of funny and serious that embodied the Recollections trilogy. The scene starts off serious and is just invaded by classic RvB hijinks.
I have so many, but one of them surely is ''Caboose was the only one i know who had an illustrated fieldmanual'' ''Well it does help when the stories have pics, duh!''

Church: Oh, look who's back, the conquering heroes! What's up guys? Tucker: Meh. Church: Hey, where's Tex? Tucker: Gone. Church: Where's the alien? Tucker: Dead. Church: Well, how'd the quest go? Tucker: Failed. Church: Yeah, you know, I, I probably didn't even need to ask that last question, did I?

OOH! I forgot! One of my newest favorite moments is in Season 9 when Tucker is trying to give Church dating advice and Caboose basically presents a less-sexist interpretation of women. Love it.

It always makes me chuckle when Sheila is dying after being blown up.
"I'm scared Dave. Will I dream? Daaaveeeey. Daaaaaaaveeeeey..." "Sheila! NOOOOOOOO!" "What? No! Sheila, no!...Wait, who's Sheila?" "She was the nice lady in the tank. She was my friend!" "DUDE! I knew you could pick up chicks with a tank!"
