Erm...wow. I feel like a complete idiot right now. I was ordering 2 t-shirts from the RT store, and was in the section where i picked the shipping, card details etc. I filled in all the info, and needed to choose one of the UPS shipping options (I live in the UK) and picked Worldwide shipping expedited. Not sure why I thought it was a good Idea, but thought it was fine. Anyway, by the time I saw it was 80 Dollars, It was too late and couldn't change the shipping details or anything. I already filled in a form at the www.roosterteethstore.com/service.html page, explaining that I chose a ridiculously expensive shipping method. anything else I can do to cancel my order guys? Really would appreciate the help, P.S. the total order was $ 111, or about £75 for me. still alot for 2 t-shirts. Please help!
Hey did you ever get this sorted out? because believe it or not, I just made the same mistake and have now filled out the form to cancel my order all together, I'm very stressed out atm because I cannot afford that cost for 1 t-shirt ><. I really do hope they allow me to cancel it.
My father did the exact same thing today, he asked to cancel it but they offered $10 off the price which he still thinks is unacceptable. He asked to change it still and they haven't replied. Hope you guys got it sorted!
