Sad to see it go but in my own opinion Grifball is a game best played on a system link or private match on a custom map with everyone involved being friends.
Grifball hasn't gone anywhere. The AGLA and GGL are still going strong. The AGLA forums have moved to grifball.info/ so that we as a community have control over what happens on the web site. You can also visit the awesome people of the Good Games League at grifballhub.com .
I seem to be failing to see what's wrong with Grifball. Halo 3 is the best way to play, IMO, but I still don't understand what all this fuss is all about. It just seems like a large mass of butthurt is gathering here. :/
I couldn't care less about the game, and I don't know if you remember me, but I barely cared about it three and a half years ago. It's the community I want back.
Same. All the Reach kids and later Halo 3 kids that joined the league are so strange compared the the players that originally comprised the community. There are thousands signed up on .info yet barely anyone uses the forums. I remember on here a lot of the time you had to go to the second page to read all the new posts. I don't know what happened with being social in this league but I miss it. The joking around, some trash talking, all the big controversies, league feedback, Bum Rushes back when they were popular. It's sad thinking back to the glory days of Grifball and comparing it to what we have now :(.
