With so many games in this world, and with the library ever expanding there are bound to be more cult moments in gaming. Hell, or even just moments that make you laugh or cry :D
Mine consist of; Pulling the Master Sword out of the pedestal of time Long hours of extra codec calls across the MGS franchise Chats with Garrus on the Normandy Performing a leap of faith off the Church in Acre from AC1 Leaving Vault 101 for the first time, along with my first V.A.T.S kill Moving in to My Village in Animal Crossing, along with visiting K.K Slider's gig's every Saturday night Riding along mexico on horseback, and dead-eye shooting 6 bandits on the horizon Catching the legendary Hylian Pike with my special lure Evolving my first Pokemon Stealth killing a bandit with a bow, then casting a shout pushing the rest of the group off of the snowing cliffs of Skyrim Upgrading my Katana, and purchasing new outfits in Santa Destroy
Mine would probably consist of 1) Finishing Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Blue Rescue Team, and Red Rescue team. The ending made me cry every time. 2) Beating the Elite 4 in All of My Pokemon games. Dude, I'm so sad 3) Catching them all NERD LEVEL DING DING DING 4) Completing Super Mario Bros. The original. Ah yeah. 5) My first Lvl 100. Jeez, so much Pokemon, it was pretty much the only game I played back then. 6) Saving Reach. It was worth the Sacrifice. So many more.

- Blowing up Megaton in Fallout 3.
- The moment the first Warthog is dropped off in Halo and you realize you can drive it.
- The nuke going off in COD4 and the ensuing death sequence.
- Repelling Diaz's gang in GTA Vice City in your Mansion in full Tony Montana garb with an m16 to boot.
- First time I sunk an aircraft carrier on Midway in Battlefield 1942 and watching all the crew dashing for the landing craft.
- Crafting the coveted Mandalorian armour in Star Wars Galaxies after months of group wipes and countless hours looting the materials.
- The end sequence of Red Dead Redemption with John Marsden.
- Beating any final boss in a Mortal Kombat game at the arcade.
- The first time I fired my proton pack in Ghostbusters.
- Sneaking up on a mercenary player in Splinter Cell Pandorama tomorrow's multiplayer and yelling "SUPRISE ASSHOLE" in to my mic before throwing him off a ledge.
- Blowing the shit out of my COOP partner with the AC-130 in Modern Warfare 2 spec ops.
- Finally getting my lightsaber is Jedi Outcast.
- Unlocking Jedi the original way in Star Wars Galaxies.
- Beating Contra on the NES with just the three lives and no Konami code.
- By the same token, beating Mike Tyson in Punch - Out

Halo: The Maw Warthog run. Halo 3: Going back to back with the Arbiter after killing the Prophet of Truth. Halo Reach: Noble 6 beating the hell out of the Elites in his last stand. Mass Effect 3: Liaras romance scene, Grunts *last* stand and Mordins death scene. (Paragon) Fallout 3: Blowing up Megaton. Bioshock: Killing Andrew Ryan. Dragon Age: Sacrificing yourself to kill the Archdemon. Star Wars KotoR: Final battle against Malak. Star Wars Republic Commandoes: Defending the ghost ship against waves of dirty Trandoshans.
-kratos killing himself at the end of gow 3 (sorry if i ruined it for you) -breaking the unicorn in undead nightmare -following liberty prime to the Jefferson memorial - killing my squad in bf3 with the giant tower thing in Caspian border -shooting Zakaev's arm off in MW
Bioshock 2: Minervas Den - When you find out who you really are. Halo 2:- what I like to call "The Leap" Silent Hill 2: - When you find out Jame's Sin. Portal - End of Testing. and My fav Portal 2: GLaDOS' Re-Birth
-Chopping of my finger for my son in Heavy rain -Killing Wheatley in Portal 2 -Hearing the call of the Reapers in Mass Effect for the first time -The title in Skyrim rising from the darkness in the begining and finally leaving Ravenholm in Half Life two... that place will f**k you up!
Upside down in a golf cart being chased and glitched/pushed along by 10 or so gang members whilst listening to Cutting Crew - Died in your Arms Tonight. GTA: Vice City. 1 hour in.
-No More Heroes: The Ending -KOTOR II: Finding out Atton's Past, dunno why but that line "The Galaxy would be better off without Jedi" always gives me chills. - "FINISH HIM!" I doubt I need to explain where that is from.
And that moment we've all had. That moment when you beat the boss who's been beating you each time you fought them.
Thought of another one. In Black Ops where you have been captured with Woods, and they are making you play Russian Roulette. Before Woods picks up the gun, he screams, YOU CAN'T KILL ME, and for some reason, I have always thought that that's fucking awesome.
-Pretty much every moment in Mass Effect. Some real stand out moments though: -Grunt fighting the Rakni by himself. -Mordin's sacrifice -Shepard and Anderson sitting together at the end -Tali's Suicide (If you sided with the Geth) -Defeating Sovereign and emerging from the debris -Liara's Romance scenes -And so many more..
None Mass Effect moments: -Playing Co-op in Halo for the first time. Driving the Warthog was the funniest thing to us. -Catching my first Legendary Pokemon without a Masterball. -Many moments in Portal 2. Cave Johnson's levels and the Moon scene would be the top of that list. -John Marston's Death in Red Dead Redemption. -Killing Crawmerax The Invinicible in Borderlands. Took forever. -The ending cutscene of The Darkness. Really depressing to me.
Oh oh another! By the way, alot of mine are Legend of Zelda themed -Entering the water temple -Equipping the Fierce Deity mask -Escaping the dragon attack and exploring Skyrim for the first time -Every Chapter of Conker's bad fur day on N64
Final Fantasy VII - Getting all coloured Chocobos. - Getting all the characters Ultimate weapons and final limit breaks. - Getting Master Materia.
Metal Gear Snake Eater -Boss vs Snake
Halo Reach - Pretty much every Noble Team's death scene
Assassin's creed Revelations - The end. One of the best ending for a character I have ever seen.
Bastion - Every time Rucks talks
Pokemon - Every time I caught one. - Pressing down and B to catch a Pokemon.
Mass Effect - Allowing Saren his shot at redemption.
Mass Effect 2 - The Beginning couldn't help but just say wow.
Mass Effect 3 (To me a game of great moments). - Garrus and James trying to one up each other on stories. - Although I never experienced it myself Legion's death at the hands of Tali. - The Tali and Garrus "Caught in the act" scene. - The rebuilding of Tuchanka including Mordin's sacrifice.
Also one I forgot to mention doesn't deal with one certain game. But there is a moment for me that's like no other. In all of our childhoods, there was that moment where you beat your first Boss by yourself. It's something ya never forget. For me it was sitting in my living room for 3 hours and finally beating K.Rool for the first time on the original Donkey Kong Country.
