Does anybody know how long Gavin is staying in the US? I know he can stay in the US for at least 3 years under his visa (which is renewable for one year thereafter). He seemed to be upto a lot of cool stuff in the UK with slowmoguys and film, and I doubt he would totally abandon it.
In the past couple of episodes the I'm sure he's referred to "moving" to the US which to me would indicate more than a year. Does that mean his RT salary is greater than the money he earns working in a specialised film area?
It wouldn't be too much of a stretch to assume that a position at rt would earn a high income but moving to America and making a bigger profit than his filming career....what is he doing over here for that to happen is he even working FOR rooster teeth or is he shopping around for a job?
On the one hand, it would be fantastic for Gavin to be a permanent member of the RT staff, I think he's the most entertaining person in most of the videos and podcasts, but on the other hand, I feel bad for Dan about the Slowmo Guys.
Pretty sure he will be. Doesn't make sense for him to hang around all this time and then bounce right before a HUGE event. Let's say I'm like 90% sure.
To my knowledge he will not be, this is from a post barbara made in a thread in the RTX forum. She said something along the lines of he had to go back to england for a bit because of a personal matter, but no worries, he will return.
