Could also use more Monty. I love how he doesn't talk over people and is a fan of the podcast like us. I hope he still has trouble sleeping so he is on the cast. Sorry Monty.
It is hard to do that because they are most likely playing games that have come out recently and fear ruining the games with spoilers. And if you can't talk in depth about a game the conversation is dull "What are you playing?" "I am playing x." "Oh, cool."
As much as I agree with needing more drunk/nightquil Joel and Monty talking, I miss the arguments that Burnie and Gus had. They would argue about silly topics and I wouldn't care because of the comedy and passion behind the argument. Ex: podcast #111
Lol yeah, I think the last podcast stories from Geoff were the Oregon strip-clubs and the weird person at the hotel. I miss those stories, Geoff and Gus really know how to tell stories, no matter how disgusting they may be.
I think it was #116 where they tried the moonshine soaked cherries and Joel was drunk within ten minutes. It sealed my opinion that drunk Joel is awesome!
And Joel was right to quote Christopher Walken: "We need more cowbell!"
