If you take a look at this ranking then you'll see that the 630M scored 6% less than the Radeon, although that one only got 36% itself.
There's also this post in a thread looking like an informed opinion on pretty much the same problem as yours. So I'd go with the AMD choice in your place.
The 7690M is better, almost 30% faster than the GT 630M, the 7690m is a fast mid-range graphics card from amd, whilst the GT 630M is a slow mid-range card from nVidia.
