Currently listening to Podcast #167 and I just heard Burnie's theory that he and Gavin are dead/comatose. I think I'm dead too. I listen to this other podcast called Mysterious Universe, and it is based on a totally unrelated topic (kind of a science/ strange stories thing). Anyway, I have began to notice that the stories happen on that show and then the RT guys bring them up. First was the sun spot story. Then there was the story about the Japanese internet kissing thing and the interactive ass. Today, the Vietnamese firegirl showed up. I'm beginning to be terrified. Anybody else having weird coincidences? Maybe we are all dead. Maybe it's like Lost and we're beginning to figure out we are dead and then we can move on! But seriously, this is weird.
I refer to Rule 5., any topic can be related, and Rule 265., we are all part of Burnie's and Gavin's dream.
I have to say, whenever I experience a weird coincidence I think of the matrix, like the other day I walked down the stairs, saw a moth flailing against a window, and on the next floor saw the exact same thing. It was just like the cat-deja vu scene. I had to go back upstairs and make sure there really were two moths there. Or later, I thought about a girl I hadn't seen in four years and then she suddenly walks around the corner, that was really crazy.
I like to believe that all we know, all of existence, is merely just a computer program, that has been running for thousands of years. Each reality is a branch of the program, every single one of us living out our own constructed reality, all created with a few base tools, all similar in some way, shape, or form, each of us living out our realities, where everyone is just an auto-generated copy of someone else, in their own program branch, and the way we're allowed to communicate in the cross-reality sense, is through the internet. The internet being the medium in which all of "us" are truely us, and.... Hey.... whats that red light?
I don't know if we're all dead, per se, but slightly more likely to be in a group coma. I don't know if anyone has ever seen the show Flash Forward, but basically, everyone on Earth blacked out at the same time and saw one specific time in their future. Maybe life is one big, ongoing blackout, and these strange, specific coincidences occur between people because in real life, they actually know each other. For example, Gavin and Burnie have all of these coincidences in blackout world because they know each other in actual world. Well, isn't that interesting, they know each other in both worlds. So, let's take 2 people, that don't know each other in blackout world, but have found strange coincidences. Awhile back, Gus was talking about a really disgusting sandwich he got on an airplane as a podcast story. Earlier that same day the podcast was released, I found a sandwich in my backpack that had to be at least a month and a half old. Not enough? Gus's anesthesia story ended with him eating a BBQ chicken pizza. The same day the podcast was released, my mom made BBQ chicken pizza for dinner for the first time in years. Just yesterday, a 3rd coincidence between myself and Gus. I was chatting with a friend about how I realized that I had become an old, crotchety man compared to 12-14 year old kids, and literally 1 minute later, Gus tweeted a picture of a toilet-themed powder/candy dipper, stating that he no longer wished to live in this world anymore, and I couldn't agree with him more. Also, this is a bit of a stretch on the "not wanting to live in this world anymore" line, but that phrase seems to have gained it's fame from Professor Farnesworth, the incredibly old crotchety man on Futurama.
So, are we all dead? Not quite, but still in a way possible. But, if I had to go with one crazy theory, I'd bet on the ongoing blackout world, and coincidences happen as a result of knowing that person in the real world.
I think I'm living in their universe of coincidences, cause last week on the podcast Brandon said that he assumed Gene Wilder and Christopher Lloyd were dead, they cleared up that Gene Wilder was still alive but did not touch on Christopher Lloyd which got me thinking. Moments later I saw a trailer for "Piranha 3DD" with Christopher Lloyd in it.
We had an entire thread dedicated to this topic of coincidences on another forum I'm on. We coined it the doubling effect. "
Most notably there is a phenomenon that happens to me that I've called The Doubling Effect wherein I will see/hear something and then that thing will appear again within a few days in some way, shape, or form."
Basically, weird forms of coincidences, where it's more then just a coincidence.
Actually I think this means that Burnie and Gavin are about to die / be reborn again.
They're in the process of reviewing their lives and are about to be reborn. They're only just now noticing the coincidences. They'll forget about it all during the trauma of being born.
No, what they said was incredibly foolish. Burnie gave shit to Griffon about ghosts but then hypotheses he and Gavin are dead? They have a lot of coincidences together, that's it.

Being in a coma, and being a ghost are 2 totally different things.
Dude if you ever see the matrix, it will blow your mind more than orange, monkey, eagldjhklshghiskdhguihjwiusjrhighlseihugewhsug;esiodgwehjsoghoewghoiewho;gioljkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkklkkkkkkllllllllllll...

What if we are all branches of the same AI. Like Alpha, Delta or Epsilon.
Well, we're meaningless life forms on a distant speck of dust. Nothing we will ever do will effect anything on a great enough scale to have a noticeable scale. Even if we aren't figments of someones imagination, we're still meaningless.
you fucking cray-zee. So what the fuck does it matter if we're dead/ having a coma together or in some crazy truman show reality TV thing. Grab life by the horn and hump into submission. My point is, why the fuck does it matter how you classify your existence, go fuck it. Go on, go fuck life/ death/ whatever the hell you're occupying. Enjoy it, if that meanss watching RvB or listening to every RT podcast ever then fuck it. Happiness is real no matter what the world is, be happy bitches.
Few weeks ago I was thinking about this guy on the radio that made comments about about video games and music that made want exchange a words with him about how much of a douche he sounds like. Today On my way to gym I go to this egg roll stand to get fried rice and this guy takes forever saying what he wants on his food. After he's done he turns it was him and I knew who he was because he was the weather man in my hometown. If it was any constellation I was listening this week rooster teeth podcast.
