Hang 'em High and High Plains Drifter aren't Spaghetti Westerns, they're American Westerns.

If al you want is any kind of Western, then watch

Pale Rider (Clint Eastwood)
Unforgiven (Clint Eastwood)
Both the True Grit movies
The Outlaw Josey Wales (Clint Eastwood)
Open Range
Tombstone.

Seven Samurai works too if you're going for Westernish Japanese films.

Epic episodes. The A Fistful of Paintballs introduction was so good and a great homage to the Dollars Trilogy. In fact, the whole show is great. Freaking love Community.

Ooh, you have to watch Once Upon a Time in the West. Another Leone spaghetti western, and in my opinion, it rivals The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly for my favorite. Charles Bronson plays the protagonist, Henry Fonda the antagonist.

The Grand Duel.
Most others that I've seen have already been mentioned.

If you want to stray from Italian however I have a few good recommendations.

The Proposition
Unforgiven
Dead Man
Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid
Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior
