Most of the bands/artists I've seen live are mostly Australian and not really well known everywhere else in the world, but of those that I think that are known elsewhere:
Art vs Science Ben Folds Fatboy Slim Foster the People Girl Talk Gotye John Butler Trio Noel Gallagher The Strokes The Wombats
Those ones come to mind first - I'm sure that I've seen a lot more well known Australian/international acts before.
I'm not entirely sure I could actually list all the bands/musicians I've seen since live but some of the best shows I've been to:
Manu Chao 2010 Warped Tour '95, '96, '97, '98 Metallica 1998 Area2 Tour (2002): lots of great bands but the best were David Bowie and Moby I don't remember specifically what year it was but I saw Chili Peppers and STP together - holy crap that was great Guster Brad Paisley
Worst show: Elliott Smith - He was so high/drunk that he forgot lyrics, started songs over, wandered the stage. It was bad.
Sum 41 Abandon all ships shut up and deal a day to remember we came as romans the devil wears prada i set my friends on fire the exposed the casualties pennywise miss may i acacia strain whitechapel suicide silence august burns red the dillenger escape plan parkway drive Drugs Dropkick Murphys BlesstheFall Emmure
Not too many, but will be seeing more soon. Seeing The Casualties again(3rd time) in a month, and Warped Tour the day after that.
Enter Shikari (twice) Biffy Clyro (4 times) Muse (twice) Eminem Paolo Nutini (twice) Frightened Rabbit (twice) Manchester Orchestra Oceansize Newton Faulkner Seasick Steve (twice) Maximo Park Franz Ferdinand The Specials Calvin Harris Blur The Killers
Think thats it! Bare in mind thats me including seeing bands at festivals!
They played T in the Park in Scotland, Muse were on the Friday and Eminem was the Saturday!! Both were great, my 15 year old self came out during Eminem haha.
Queens of the Stone Age (3 times, 2 countries) Lady Gaga Nisennenmondai (awesome Japanese noise trio, highly recommended) Eagles of Death Metal Them Crooked Vultures Peter Hook (bass player from Joy Division/New Order, playing Unknown Pleasures in its entirety) John Cale (creative force behind Velvet Underground, worst gig ever)
and a few other pop gigs I'm too embarrassed to mention (I was young). I've been to probably five times as many live comedy gigs than music ones.
In no particular order because at this point I'm pretty sure I don't remember the chronological order I saw any of these artists:
-Blue Man Group -P!nk -Matt Nathanson -Weird Al (both the Straight Outta Lynwood and 2011 Alpocalypse tour) -Stone Temple Pilots -Paramore -No Doubt -Eisley -Vedera -The Myriad -Evanescence (both the Fallen and The Open Door tours) -The Dead Kenny G's -Primus (both the 2010 reunion tour and Green Naugahyde tour) -Iron Maiden -Dream Theater -We the Living (when they were still called The Profit)
Smashing Pumpkkins in 96 - 1st concert ever. Tool - several times, always amazing. Foo Fighters - so many epic Aussie shows. Slipknot - best live show ever.
Tom Petty, John Prine, and Van Morrison. Tom Petty made shout and dance, John Prine made me think and feel, and Van Morrison made me want my damn money back.
Green Day Jimmy Eat World Flogging Molly Weezer Angels and Airwaves Tokyo Police Club The Exposed Larry and His Flask Sharks Less Than Jake Woe is Me (I don't actually like them, it was with a friend) ADTR (see above) The Expendables Street Dogs Big D & the Kids Table The Wonder Years The Swellers Young Statues Skinny Lister Anti-Flag New Found Glory Title Fight Fireworks Streetlight Manifesto Four Year Strong
That's including Warped Tour both this year and last. The Wonder Years, Anti-Flag, Big D & the Kids Table, Skinny Lister, and Larry & His Flask probably being my favorites of the bunch.
I've seen way to many so here are the ones that I can remember:
Iced Earth Symphony X Warbringer Epicurian Exodus Kreator Rancid Against All Authority Inspector 7 Dropkick Murphys Lars Fredericksen and the Bastards MxPx The Insyderz The Hippos Iggy Pop GWAR The Misfits Les Claypool Black Sabbath Marilyn Manson Slipknot Papa Roach Linkin Park Black Label Society Drowning Pool American Head Charge Hatebreed The Toilet Boys Guitars and Saxes The Casualties The Boils The Virus Endless Struggle

Amanda Palmer Dresden Dolls Mark Lanegan Kimbra Queens Of The Stone Age Primus Tool Opeth Devin Townsend Mars Volta Portishead Chris Isaak Franz Ferdinand
Oh man I've seen a bunch of shows. Do music festivals count? Because I will admit, a big chunk of the more better known bands I saw at Sasquatch Music festival. Anyway, out of what I can remember, I've seen:
