Chat rooms piling up

I was wondering if anyone know why the Chat rooms or Sponsor where adding up. I though that after 24 hours inactive they where going to be removed?

It's getting crowded with empty and old rooms now.

I think there's a task that runs every 12 or 24 hours that checks for old rooms and removes them from the list.
