I've been re-listening all the old podcasts I've found that while most fo the stuff they talk about is as random and funny as ever, there are always a few stories and subjects that creep in to the conversation, The most obvious and legendary being "So where are we going to go to eat lunch". but there are definaitly others, Whats your favorite recurring storiy/subject in the podcast.
You get reoccurring small topics like how out of date the intros are and how dumb Gavin is, but you start to hear a lot of stories that start to sound really familiar. I dont even live in Austin but I can dam sure tell you where to go to lunch at!
I don't know if this makes me stupid, but I find myself agreeing with Gavin. I think why the rest of the crew find him stupid is due to Gav's delivery of his tales.
But, yeah, one of their recurring topics (Breaking Bad) got me hooked on a new show.
This maybe a bit off topic but did anyone see in the latest survey there was a question asking who were our favourite podcast participants, Geoff wasn't an answer! Does this mean he won't be on the podcast again for the foreseeable future? Or are they just sick of us begging for him back? Sorry if it's too off topic. :)

As for recurring themes, the biggest one I've found is SWTOR. Sure, it's easy to say that now, because of the interviews recently and whatnot, but the first mentioning of it was back on podcast 8, and they haven't stopped talking about it since then.
My Favorite ones are when Burnie and Gavin have those odd, unexplainable moments. I don't know how to explain it but they talk about how Gavin meets the one person he knows in the entire state and they were talking about her a few minutes(hours) earlier. That's just one example haha
Right now the most reoccurring story that I've noticed is how Burnie LOVES to bring up how much LOVES to play in "Let's plays". Yet he hasn't sat in on one in forever...
Maybe once RvB is over then he'll get in on more of those.
I remember Joel was in one of the Minecraft let's plays, so hopefully Jack and/or Geoff will set up one with Joel, Burnie, Geoff, and whoever else for some fun.
