This was done by Phi2 studios, a really small artwork organization comprised of PhoenixAlpha (who has some artistic skill but many great ideas) and my buddy Kaye Falshion [Fogged Visor] (who has artistic skill and some great ideas). It was my idea one day to make the faces of our favorite characters of RvB Nix came up with a few details, and so did a bunch of our friends.
NOTE: This was done at the time when O'Malley was still in Caboose, hence why they look somewhat similar. Let me know what you think. I've also stored this same pic in my images.

If I could animate a RvB Behind the Helmets skit (not using the game) and have all the original voices come in, I'd do something like this. A for fun "what if" type deal.
Sarge "I ain't taken this helmet of, those blue bastards will hunt me down knowing my true identity!" Church- "What are talking about, people could find you blind. You smell like rotting cow carcass." Simmons- "Yea Sir, why do you smell like a Mc Donalds kitchen?" Sarge- "Alright, if I must tell ya.... It was a cold night, and I couldn't make it back to my Grandpas farm with ul' Gypsy Bell beside me. I had to act quick before I froze! So I tore her open with my bare hands and crawled into her rib cage until morning. I loved that cow, so from that point on I nevered showered off her presence." Everyone- "AWWW GOD, AWWWWW MAN.........." Caboose- "I tried to crawl into a hamburger once. *whispers* but the tomatoes didn't want me there." Church- "Alright, on three, we're going to take off our helmets." Donut- "Is it gonna hurt?" Church- "Nooo. Okay......1.......2....- Caboose- "Wait what comes after 2, cause I am hoping it isn't 5." Church- *growns* "Three!"
The camera does that fast movement thing to everyones face one after another and pauses on them while their name floats by. (metal music plays during this)
Tucker- "Man Church, you look ugly." Church- "Tucker, at least I dont look like Terry from that cartoon Batman Beyond." Tucker- "Dude, at least I don't watch cartoons." Church- "You were a deprived child weren't you." Tucker- "So."
Grif- "Simmons, even though your lips are metal, they look worn from kissing Sarge's ass," Simmons- "Seems like you've been doing some ass kissing your self, you have my lips."
Lopez- "(Spanish) [translation] Sheila, your AI projection complextion is perfect." Sheila- "Thank you Lopez, now can you stop waving your hand through me."
Tex- "I liked you meat heads better with your helmets on, and thats not saying much."
Donut- "Mr. Caboose didn't take his helmet off." Everyone- *turns head* (sheila) *turns turret* Caboose- "I can't get this thing off! Church, help me!" Church- "God help us. Okaaay Caboose......here" *takes helmet off* Caboose- "I can breath again!" Sarge- "You could breath with it on....Blue Trolly!" Church- "Aright, everyone can put their helmets back on." Sarge- "Yea! Ya here that Grif, he doesn't like your face either!" Grif- "Stfu! Okay, we had to take our helmets off, why doesn't he have to." Everyone- *slowly turns head*
Shows Master Cheif, *looks around* *starts backing up* *runs away* Gun fire shoots past him as the camera backs away from his running, RvB guys run into view of camera still firering chasing Master Cheif. Sheila rolling along side them shooting her turret.

I guess no one is commenting because they've already seen it. I was just wondering if there was maybe a different group of people that hung around in the Basement. Or people down here don't fancy the idea.
Probably because that is the preferred style of the artist. I like anime, but if someone doesn't like the pic because its to anime-ish, well.....their loss.
