The Fallen
i stand with blades in hand, and the blood of my enemies soaking the blade as well as the soil around me. The battle hase been won, and i stood alone against them. as i look down at the fallen soldiers, i see in their cold, dead eyes, a life of which i could've lived, i see their love, their pain, their joys, and their sorrow. The family that must now deal with loss, the loves they've left behind, and all that has been lost, thanks to the blade in my hands, which even has their blood still dripping. I look into their cold dead eyes, and i feel no sorrow, i feel no regret, they are dead and now i live on, i see their life and discard it as any normal person would an insect, and give them about as much caring. noone can see into my cold e yes, noone has seen what has been done to my soul, and noone knows how far i will go to find her.
and the world will not stand in my way, for i will find her, i will see her, and i will not give up on my Melody
this is a possible part of my upcoming book, which will not be published on this site, unless personal request from someone who will garuntee not abuse my kindness of letting them have a little bit of it to read.
