Great Combat Mechanics.
Slicing enemies virtually anyway you want.
Interesting story almost identical to the show .
Sex, Violence, and Language.
Big Actors, 2 to be exact

Afro sometimes has trouble with his environment
Acrobatic Platforming kinda unneeded
Most enemies are just carbon copies

Afro samurai was a short lived anime style American show that aired on spike. It contained only 5 episodes and one movie. The game based on the original 5 episodes does not disappoint. The is based on a out of place samurai set on a path of revenge for his fallen father. Throughout the story the samurai starts to loose himself on his quest and starts to find himself being nothing but a stone cold killer. The Samurai is also after the number one sacred headband, which is the reason his father was killed, because supposedly who ever posses this headband becomes the top fighter. Afro posses the number two headband which whoever holds the number two is the only one who can bring down the number one, yet any one can bring down the number two. This is one of the only reasons anyone ever challenges the lone samurai. In the game you go from the start from his search for the number two headband all the way to his climatic quest for revenge. Game play is pretty fun your armed with nothing but your fathers Katana which with combined with a certain bullet time technique can be focused either vertically or horizontally then slightly adjusted to your will to cut through any obstacle(person) in your way. If you want to decapitate some one do it, just the legs go for it, just the right forearm, sure but whats the fun in that.
Other than that the stories good, same as the show, although Afro never shows any true emotion, except for his alter ego who is a ninja who usually speaks to the audience for him. Any who its a fun game worth a rent do to it being very short about 3 hours of game play. good achievement hunting game.
