ok now im really backso let me tell you whats been going on in my life these last 3 or 4 mounths i have accomplished a lot of my goals i benched 215 and i now parrallel 375 i can power clean 180 i

now im free and loveing it im without a best friend and a girlfriend but the good news is i got my comp fixed and i will always be on and i can go right back to my old life :D...:'( i hate this lol jk
i got my first job i work at sonic
its a lot of fun but i quit for sports i will be working there again in may
