Hello, I am planning on starting a new series that showcases Minecraft creations. Something like Creation Spotlight or Minecraft Creation of the Week.Right now I am in need of community submissions, so if you have or know anyone with an insane, amazing, creative, or funny creation please tell them to send a short description, their gamertag, a method of contact, and if possible a screenshot or two to minecraftcreationsubmissions@yahoo.com. You know I had this exact idea a couple weeks ago. I'll have something pretty amazing once I finish my next things to do in video that I thought would be a great way to kick off the series. It should be done in a few days. It's pretty massive haha.
I'm sure we could work something out. I'm finishing what I think would be a great way to start the series today though it will be in my next things to do in video. I also was thinking that since we would have to be in the other users minecraft world to capture video of it anyway we could interview them about what their inspiration was or how long it took to make. You know stuff like that that would allow for more humor and make the series even more of a community driven event.
Exactly what I was thinking of. Let me know when you plan on making the next episode and we could sort out all the details, maybe I could do the interviews and you could choose the creation or split the duties some other way. I'm pretty excited about this, I hope it turns into a real popular community series.
Also that series uses PC Minecraft creations not the Xbox 360 version. I want to see what people can create with the original vanilla minecraft, not one where a simple command can get you an entire stack of any block or item you want. I realize that other people have had the same idea but this series is for the achievement hunter community not the machinima community.
