We have dickery and some screenshotsI was going to post a new entry about Brain Menze, the guy that made the Vault Boy pictures for Fallout 2, was auctioning off the original drawings of the perks for Fallout 2 on eBay. But thanks to Bethesda and their dickery they asked Brain to take down the auctions because he doesn't hold the rights to his own drawings. Brain posted this after the auctions were taken down."I apologize, but I have been informed that I do not have the right to sell the images and was asked to take the auctions down. I apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused." Here's a Link of the drawings if you want to look at them, also if you're wondering why the faces are missing it's because Brain found it easier to digitally add the original vault boy head later instead of drawing it perfectly every time.
