OMGWTFBBQMy game of choice, as of late, is Team Fortress 2. If you haven't tried this game yet and you love first person shooters and the chance to frag everyone possible, you have to try this game. It's fun as all get out.

Needless to say, there are achievements that you can strive for in order to enhance the gaming experience. While by no means necessary to the gameplay, they can be fun to work for. I've heard mixed reactions to achievements in general, but I think they're cool. In a recent TF2 update, the Pyro character (him/her? Rumours have it, it's a she) was the latest to recieve weapon and achievement upgrades. Now you have to try and obtain achievements in order to unlock your new weapons, which include a flare gun, a backburner flamethrower (good for guaranteed crits when lighting your enemies from behind) and the axetinguisher which is an improvement on the current axe (works with the flamethrower for critical hits).

Some achievements are fairly easy to obtain, while some....are not. One of the more challenging ones to get is the one called the OMGWTFBBQ. The way to get this achievement is to kill an enemy with a taunt. Personally, I thought the most you could do with a taunt was to hurt someones feelings. Apparently not. The Pyro's taunt when he is carrying his shotgun/flare gun is a Street Fighter homage of Ken's Hadoken. So it is possible to kill someone with this taunt, although it does leave you horribly exposed while performing this taunt and leaves the enemy plenty of time to either kill you or run away.
I managed to pull this off the only way I can imagine you can (without setting it up by agreeing with your opponent to just stand there. That's no fun). I was playing the 2fort map which is a CTF map. I took out an enemy who had captured our intel. I didn't want anyone else to pick it up and stood beside the dropped intel to guard it until it returned to our base after 60 seconds. The intel was dropped right in front of our spawn point near the top of the stairs that most of the opponents will have to climb to get to our intel room. I was fooling around waiting for either the intel to disappear or an enemy to roast while attempting to grab it.
I heard a commotion near the stairs and thought I'd try my luck. I brought up my shotgun and hit the taunt button. As soon as the taunt reached it's climax and the fireball appeared, up pops an enemy Pyro from the stairs and runs straight into my fireball and dies instantly. Most people struggle to get this achievement and I get it on my first try completely on a fluke. It was a pwnage moment. Even the enemy I roasted had to laugh at that. Eat your heart out Ken and Ryu!
