Got a call from a nice lady in 'global escalation support.' Unfortunately I was at work so I couldn't be really mad and go through my laundry list of complaints like I had wanted, but we had a very short and to the point conversation. She verified my address and told me a power supply would be on it's way. She said I would be getting an email shortly (and I actually did!), and that once it actually shipped I'd be getting another email with the tracking number. Awesome.
Honestly at this point I'm expecting a psu for a 360 to show up, so we'll see how this goes.
