Walmart Psychology Continued
As if one post about Walmart wasn't enough:
-People seem to take a cart with them no matter how little they might actually be buying. The worst of it came when a man came through my empty shopping cart, bought cigarettes, and then walked out of the store without getting anything else. Why did he have a shopping cart?
-I don't understand why people can't directly hand me cash when they buy something. Well, some. I can understand the people setting their money down when they need to count out $25 in singles, but when you only need to give me $1.25, why bother seetting it down on the conveyor belt? Is it really that hard for you to count out one dollar and a quarter?
-If someone could build a device that mutes the noise of screaming children, I will build a shrine to them.
Despite the complaining, I am sort of, maybe, kind of getting used to being a lowly cashier. If only i got paid more that $7 an hour.
