I'm pretty chill I suppose. I don't think that I am gorgeous or anything, but I do think I look good when I want to.
I like playing tennis, guitar, and video games (xbox).
I like to think I'm funny, and I usually am. Every once in a while I get those zingers that make it worth it.
Oh, and occasionally I slip into "urban" slang. My old boss and mentor spoke with that flare, and I just picked it up. I like to say dawg, G, Word, etc, . . . im so white . . . |

HOLY SHIT! Brad pitt is the new john len

I have come up with a theory during this time of mental clarity. Brad Pitt is the re-incarnation, of sorts, of the famous Beatles' spirit. Whether it be the "character arch" of his artistic abilities, his adoption of pot ( or at least making it seem more prevalent in the public eye ), the woman that acts as a catalyst of lifestyle, said woman breaks up the biggest group at the time (I promise that will make sense).
Though some might try to argue that Brad Pitt is nowhere near as vocal about his political views, it can't be denied that times are different today than there were then, even if it is such only because there has already been a john lennon.. However the similarities are far too great for this to matter.
First, his artistic ability. Obviously, Brad is not a singer, but he is still an artist. An artist who started out doing things that were hip at the time. That's what the beatles did, At their start, they were in the same genre as the already famous beach boys. Pitt started out on episodes of Dallas, and by 1992, worked his way up to tales of the crypt. Then the beatles began to reach a point where they began revolutionizing the style of music, like revolver and Rubber Soul. Pitt stared in movies that made history and displayed his superior talent such as Interview with a Vampire and Seven Years in Tibet..
It is also important to note that there was in fact a time of beatle-mania. They were the most well known group in history. Brad, too, was in a group such as this. Around 2000 or so, Brad began dating Jennifer Aniston. Whether you like to admit it to yourself or not, everyone knew that they were the king and queen of Hollywood. Never was there such a perfect, righteous duo in Hollywood. Neither The Beatles, nor Brad&Jenn could do wrong.
Then came a woman who would change lives. For John Lennon, it was Yoko-ono. Yoko is often credited with splitting the Beatles. She took john on a ride that made him want to make the world a better place. The iconic Brad&Jenn were thrust apart by the forces of Angelina Jolie. Since dating Jolie, Brad has made several trips to "3rd world" countries, adopted children from across the world, and has spoken out for peace (i think, but no citation for it).
physical appearances are just another way the two men are similar. both have gone from clean cut to long haired to having beards and relatively unkempt hairstyles. On top of that, brad has also taken to wearing colored glasses. they might not be rose-colored, but certainly a lennon-esque trait.
After the physical change, Lennon went through a period where he was truly creating music for himself. The same can be said of Pitt. His most recent films seem to show that Pitt is choosing his characters based on his own interest, rather than doing what is expected or desired. The variation of characters from burn after reading to The Assassination of Jesse James, to Inglorious Basterds. Pitt is completely committing to his characters, and with the differing styles, he is performing at a level few can reach.
Ordinarily, I don't care. At all. Couldn't care less, but this was something that I noticed and felt like explaining.
