Turning point!?!?I got up today, played some video games, ate mac and cheese for breakfast and went to work. Shortly after arriving, I caught a look of myself in a mirror there... half beard, white t-shirt, old jeans and a dirty ass hat. Fucking disgusting.
Got home after work and was motivated to clean my apartment. I even dusted! I'm going to use this very small success to propel myself into healthy adult living. I'm 25 years old. It's time to stop living like I'm 18 and I just moved out of my parents basement.
Week one plan: Food: Get rid of the junk food in my apartment. As of right now my diet consists of alternating mac and cheese and pizza rolls. Seriously, I eat two things at home when I'm not spending nearly ten dollars on fried fast food. Tonight will be spent researching easy healthy foods. Pre-made salad mix is going to be huge at the start.
Exercise: I borrowed P-90x from a friend a year ago and kept it up (well...mostly) for about 3 months. There were moderate results but I did slack off quite a bit. Going to start that up again. Its brutal but it works. I don't own a scale but I'll try to pick one up when I'm able to get food on Wednesday.
