Man, I keep looking at the proportions on this image. For God's sake, one leg is over twice as long as her torso, which is so thin that it looks like it could barely fit a single organ in there. Her waist is actually thinner than one hand-length as well, even thinner than her thigh.

Also, her head is bigger than her entire chest cavity.
