Yup, I used Castiel as a reference.

James asked him to be drawn similiar to Castiel but I suppose I went a little OTT and made him look exactly like Castiel.

My bad.

And I have no complaints. Castiel was the mental image I had for the inspector, so seeing him come to life, even if he looks like someone else, is a great joy for me.
