I can finally breath. So thank goodness, I finally finished my quarter of classes and can now relax for the weekend! Now I can finally catch up on all the games I've been waiting patiently to play. Finishing Mass Effect 2, Start Mass Effect 3, The Darkness II, Tales of Graces F, Silent Hill Downpour, Tales of the Abyss 3D, and yeah...so much more I can't keep track.
If you haven't guessed, I'm a HUGE nut about video games, pretty much live and breath by/for them. I think there pretty awesome, and it's a huge stress relief for me when I work at my store, or do homework for school. So it's nice to play so much and have fun, I might not be able to complete all of them, but I love knowing everything about the, and knowing the gameplay style, acting, rigging, and so forth of the game.
RESIDENT EVIL: REVELATIONS
So I said I would write a small review about the game I just played. (I was hoping to get on here and type it sooner, but school got in the way since it was finals week, and we all know that feeling of frustration). So here is my small, hopeful view on the game and why I absolutely thought that it was a really good game to play or in the future of your purchases, buy.
SYNOPSIS
Set in 2005 (bewteen RE4 and RE5, Jill and Parker are to investigate and search for Chris and Jessica on the Queen Zenobia, an abandoned ship out in the middle of the ocean. What they find on there leads to clues and evidence against characters within the game (I will not spoil who) about the events of Terragrigia "The Floating City" and the Veltro Organization which launched an attack on the city using B.O.W.s (Bio-Organic Weapons), and another corporation called the F.B.C (Federal Terrorism Commission).
So playing Resident Evil games are so much fun to play because they are not too scary, and I absolutely love the thrill of running around shooting things, and knowing what the heck is going on. But this is the first time a Resident Evil game has been on a hand-held and I have to say, they did a really good job! The graphics are perfect, and they have the creepiness of a horror, abandoned ship gone wrong perfectly. I love playing it in 3D, I know if your one of those people who hate to have the 3D on all the time, which don't get me wrong I hate playing it too but to be quite frank its beautiful and astounding...u
ntil you move your 3DS which I know when I freak out I tend to twitch? Sort of? So the view hurts like hell and I lose my place of where I ran too.
The voice acting in it is amazing! I know, I know, you probably don't care at all, but I love when games have really great voice acting and dialogue. It makes me giddy. :3
Over-the Shoulder third person shooter, AND YOU CAN RELOAD WHILE RUNNING!?!?!! Thank you! Cause if I wasn't able to do that....I mean...yeah! --Grr!
So basically, for a 3DS hand-held game, and usually shooters on hand-helds are just.....*sigh
* sometimes frustrating? This one by far makes you finally have a smile on your face. So I know I'm not amazing at telling reviews right now, I hope to get better in the long run. But I absolutely love Resident Evil: Revelations and I just felt like sharing. :)
Tell me your thoughts, have you played the game? Loved it? Hated it? Or is there another game out there that you enjoy? Give a shout out! :D
