What a cool weekend
I spent 3 days at Auckland Armageddon wearing my Arc trooper and sometimes my cylon. It was absolutely awesome! about 30billion photos of me are in cellphones everywhere.
Now to hunt a few down and post them.. because i didnt get any good ones on the crappy camera i had..
I met Musick too (dang i can't insert a link to his profile.. you go find him!), sadly i was too busy and didnt drag myself away to go have a break..
Public apology to Mr coolness for stopping by and saying hello and accepting i couldnt get away when i said i should be able to.. you da man!

feck all in fact.
suit of armour is so close to finished i am buzzed. And i ordered a hyperdyne unit for my cylon, That is a soundboard that does direct voice conversion from me to cylon, then out the amp :)
still waiting for one to be made for the clone though :(

taking the pic shown below it, mr woodchuck made the top piece of art for me. it is layers of wood hand sanded and painted etc.
I just hope the postal services dont destroy it.. or steal lose it.

Well what would you know?!?!
After all this time slowly making my ARC trooper armour i decided too ask some questions in the New Zealand garrison forums.
As luck would have it, the only other ARC trooper in the country is based in the same city as me!
things are going to improve now..i will get the project done! yay!!

talk about a bad run. sick earlier in the year, torn back muscle that is finally healed to the point i can actually do something.......and after 1 day at work i have the bloody flu!
i knew as soon as i started oinking, this was going to be a bad week

otherwise i wil just go sit in ny new-ish car and listen to the new stereo i put in it (well.. paid someone else to install.. but you know what i mean!)
the new car is only 5 years old (2004)... the last one was um.. older than people on here (1983 tredia!)
