Xbox 360Well hello all its that time again Im here to remained everyone why the Xbox 360 is one of the best next generation console on the planet. I will break my rant into segments so I hope you like what I have to say I will try not to bash the PS3 and Wii too much in this post so I hope I dont piss any fanboys off.

The Games





The Xbox 360 is the only next generation console to have Halo 3, Gears Of War, Grand Theft Auto IV, Mass Effect, and Dead or Alive Xtreme 2 there are many more games I could name but we will go with a few of the best games in my opinion. These games look amazing and in true High Definition they will look even better. I have not seen any PS3 game the look any better then what the 360 can do. Yes the PS3 can do some cool stuff but so far nothing the 360 cant do last generation the Xbox was far more powerful then the PS2 but now that the PS3 is power fuller Sony fanboys want to rub it in are face.

Live Anywhere





One of the best announcements at E3 this year now Xbox live is available to windows and also play cross platform even on a windows based cell phone Im sure a few of you people who play FPS prefer a mouse and keyboard but would love to play a game thats not on the PC well with this future you can, I can be on my Xbox 360 and my buddy could be on windows vista and pull up his gamer card and friends list see me playing some Halo 3 and join right in that is a future worth $50 a year and something the PS3 can not do. Microsoft own Windows and the 360 thats one reason why they share so many games.

PS3 Rant. Because I Can.The PS3 is a very powerful system but something to think about before perching this lovely system. The Controller some may say they did not copy Nintendo and that is very true they didn?t both controllers are completely different and what Sony is doing with the PS3 controller is not new at all that?s something that was being done since the PS1 proof here .

Now onto Blu-ray very nice format but I myself think they should not force a format that really will not matter until 2-3 years from now and what if it fails as a movie format just like Beta-max it was a nice format but the consumer just did not take a liking too it and went with VHS HD DVD is cheaper and Just as good why not go with them only time will tell with the format wars.

Ok now onto the machines power some may say does it really matter I just want the games well not this time around yea I can go around telling you about the GPU and the processing power symmetrical cores shader function bandwidth but who really cares about that shit the average Joe has no clue what all that stuff actually means now you can call that person dumb but that?s a nice chunk off the gaming community they just want good games that look pretty.

Some Developers say that it is much easier to program for a 360 then the PS3 and that is very true you may not see to many games on the PS3 that have been on the PC they would have to make a hole new game instead of porting it over so say goodbye too World of Warcraft since the 360 is kind of like a PC on the development side since Microsoft owns windows so there the pretty much the same.

And now the price some say its to much some say its to cheap for what you get, well I am in the middle (just the clear things up I have a little over $1000 saved up so far for my PS3 I plan to get the $600 version and as many accessories I need and games) there is no doubt in my mined that the PS3 is under priced if you add it all up its well over $800 and that just the GPU the Cell processor and Blu-ray.

Finally The Wii60 people are saying you can get an Xbox 360 and a Wii for the same price for one PS3 well its not all that true SOME may say Xbox live is $50 add that up for five years and bam well over $600 tho a very week argument some have said it maybe a better argument would be what about the HD DVD add on and wifi that $200 right there well not all that really matters I don?t have no need for a wifi adapter and HD DVD right now so let get it strait IF I BUY AND XBOX 360 AND A Wii IT WILL COST YOU $600 *only if Nintendo Wii is $200 * nothing else just the two consoles why people would add xbox live I don?t know why but your ?stupid? if that is how you think according to some people .
