Working on a Minecraft LP for XboxI've been on a Minecraft kick as of late and I got the idea to set up a little Let's Play cross play date kinda thing. I'm still working on it right now so it's all pretty much a massive work in progress but it's basically a cross between a Hunger Games map and Capture the Flag that spans an entire 360 Minecraft map.
So I'm here to ask y'all if any of you would be interested in joining in and giving it a shot in testing/playing it.
Lemme know if you're down and I'll let you know when it's all done!
Minecraft anyone? After watching the latest Let's Play where the gang decide to venture to The End, it kind of got me in the mood to play some Minecraft again. The main reason I tend to stop playing the game for long periods of time is because it starts to get real boring real fast when you're playing on your own and end up forgetting what you were doing.
So I thought I'd put the question out there to see if any of y'all were up for starting a new world on XBOX with me and kickin' it while we slowly make our way to The End or for some other kind of goal.
Throwback ThursdaysI started this back in the days of MySpace bulletins and Xanga blogposts. I'd post up a track every Thursday for absolutely no reason apart from the fact that "Throwback Thursdays" sounds pretty catchy and is probably the name of a club night somewhere in the world. Anyway, there isn't really a theme to this, it's mainly just songs that fit my mood at the time of posting so it could vary from some smooth jazz, electro, speed metal, swing, pop and even grindcore, so to get things started, I decided that I'd ease y'all into it with a little mash of some old school and new school with this wicked track of Ellie Goulding ft. Outkast & Vanderway - Better Days.
Enjoy!
(also, if there is a way to embed videos in these journal posts, let me know!)

I wrote this one with the windows open To let in some fresh air or maybe I was half hoping I could fly away from it all Find a brighter day But I'm here to live my life and I'll find a way I got to thank you 'cause it aint so bad I got my friends and my brother, my sister and mother and I'm thankful for that Sorry I don't show it enough These are the people that I turn to when the going gets tough I give thanks to my mates and the crew Like the boys say together, we gonna make it through And the same goes to you too wherever you hail from The words may change but we're singing the same song See that's life kid We just tryna live it right kid 'cause it could pass in the blink of an eyelid So get your smile on, throw your hands high Stay happy with the now til tomorrow arrives
If these walls could talk I'm not sure I'd wanna listen Its a fine line between a game and a competition But sometimes I sit back and look at how far we've come And its hard to believe that its only just begun
Sometimes I wonder if you really understand The drive that I find inside your encouragement I just want you all to know that I will love you all forever.
