So the internet exploded in my mailbox yesterday... . .

First, i got this massive package from Kyle full of stuff:



i know you can't really make out what everything is, but it was pretty much a giant box stuffed with awesome.. and by awesome, i mean batman, candy, robots, movies, more robots, a big pig, and a super cool book... not in that picture, but included in the package was the shirt i'm currently wearing:



and since you can't see the detail.. this is my favorite part of that package:

I didn't even bother checking the regular mail, since that was in my doorway when i woke up [and i'm an asshole to my roommate sometimes].. but then my roommate brought in the rest of the mail and MORE stuff came! including this shirt that i absolutely fell in love with a few days ago when i saw it on woot from Nick:


[which was apparently through Kyle.. which i guess makes sense being that at first i was confused about Nick knowing the right size and address off-hand.. it wouldn't nearly surprise me if he was just good like that, though]

BUT THAT'S NOT ALL

Then, my fellow robot lover, Steph, sent me a very robotic package:


[btw, Steph.. i love the living hell out of that robot bag.. and you have no idea how many places it's going to see now that it will be coming with me everywhere]

and also including this little guy who, while totally freakin' adorable, doesn't seem too pleased about having his picture taken:



. . .....it was like my birthday moved itself to November and didn't tell me. I couldn't stop being all :D all day.
My roommate is pretty jealous.

And then today.. i found my ipod that's been missing for a week.. YAY, I DON'T HAVE TO BUY A NEW ONE!!

I was going to throw in a dose of cynicism in here just because it seems more natural, but fuck it.. i'm too happy. I hope you are too.
