Shipment number One...Dear Viewers,
A few days ago, a shipment of our equipment had arrived at the new base. Unfortunately, our second shipment was delayed by one of the security outposts near Zeta-3. The word is that the cargo area was 3,000 pounds over weight in the front and has to be redistributed. this is a violation of the UNSC Transportation code, section 34, line 88. My superiors will have word of this outrage. The new base has a grand design, fitting our needs to defeat any enemy that dares attacking.
