DDR and LEGO
Fuck Traveler's Tales and their goddamn Lego games. I've gotten 1K in Batman, Indiana Jones, and Star Wars 2 and have no want or intent to play Star Wars 1, Lego Rock band or whatever the else they decide to slap together with tiny little dutch plastic. I'm done collecting studs and entering in 200 different 6 digit codes that I have to shift through from A-9. KEYBOARDS! FUCKING USE THEM GODDAMN ASSHOLES! most goddamn annoying shit was getting 6 million studs and then also beating Death Star II without dying in star wars 2. fucking TIE Interceptors and their goddamn ability to shoot sideways. Few months ago I got a turbo controller cause button mashing is anoying in family titles. It was 30 bucks and even tho it's wired it still disconnects from the system. You try finding a Hori Turbo controller. things are as rare as... something that's really really rare. I was looking at the DDR Games and the achievements and thought "goddamn games are awesome but these achievements are almost impossible. Things like getting a AAA on a song on Heavy is something that only top players can pull off after months of practice on 1 song. also the challenge mode is stupid. one of them requires you to get all goods on a song without failing or getting Greats or Perfects. FUCKING GAME WANTS YOU TO SUCK! goddamnit. Combine the last 2 paragraphs. Turbo controllers plus DDR equals easy points. except for the fucking stupid only good thing. I got over 200 points in the past 3 points by holding down ABXY while watching the internet. i still have the dance pad and would love to play with it but they've gone too far from the roots of DDR. DDRMAX and DDRMAX2 were the best DDR Games I've ever played and those were easy and fun to fully beat them. play game mode, every 10 songs beat you'd unlock a new song. then you could play the game mode where it gave you 10 songs in a row that had interchanging difficulties and you'd win another song by beating that. Those basics were fucking sweet and with Universe 1, 2, and 3, you hvae to play Quest mode to get songs. quest mode is where you choose a place and then have to complete a goal such as 180 combo, 25 freeze steps or beat the computer that requires you to play 12 songs in a row on Oni Mode. Also, how come with the popularity of Rock Band and DJ Hero DDR hasn't come back into the limelight of rhythm games? it's the original rhythm game to incorporate full length songs with pressing a button with the beat. Wish it was as awesome as it was back in 2000, not the shit it has become now. TL;DR - read the goddamn journal you lazy fuck. |
