My students are the bestA few days ago, I graduated two of my young eaglelets. They got their wings and left the nest.
They got their wing! Getting pinned!
Unbeknowst to me, MY student was the distinguished graduate. Out of all the avaitors graduating, he was top of the class. He credited me for his success and getting him through.
Afterwards a man came up to me and started talking to me, I had no idea who he was. He was the commanding General of Ft. Rucker and he gave me a present too for my contribution to getting these guys through and making them who they are.
I'm proud of you both Evan Dawson and Matt Fazzari. Congratulations. T'was my honor and privilege to teach fine young men such as yourself to defend to country.
The students even got me a present to thank me for my efforts. It was delicious.
Wow, that is cool. Nice work on your training them. It is a wonderful feeling to see students go far, and I'd assume even more so for you because your training is more difficult by far.
