For how much these guys drink I'm sure they would survive it. The point of a drinking game is to get smashed beyond belief... What's the point if you're only drinking 1-3 beers?
This should be easy Just have Gavin and Brandon and any other special people in the company and when they say something stupid or something that pisses you off drink. you will get super fucked up then.

get a deck of cards spread them on a table facing down if you get a number eg 4 you pour your drink for 4 seconds into a giant jug and if you get a king queen jack or ace you have o drink it all :D
A good place to start would a card-based drinking game, similar to the 4chan Drinking Card Game. A deck of cards with dares or actions that entail a certain number of shots/drinks. Each card can be linked to an RT Podcast moment, such as The Situation or Mis-use of Quotes. I play the 4chan Drinking Card Game with friends and we've created a "The Situation" Card requiring all players to bare their chests, the last to do so drinks.
