and on another note... each year at work we have a fitness challenge at the beginning of the year and then a re-test 6 weeks later.
Here are the results of my re-test today:
Lost 2% Body Fat and 1.5 inches around my waist.
Increased my plank time from 1:23 to 3:03
Went up 11 pushups (34 to 45)
F.M.S. Test from 17 to 20 (out of 21)
...And took a MINUTE off my mile time!!
Just so proud I had to share!
