Wonderful America, Bad California Thank you all of you who voted. Whoever you voted for. I never thought even I, a young person, would see the day we elected a black president. I thought many Americans were still too racist, at least in their hearts, to allow it. But I am pleasantly surprised, and oh so happy.
Let the motherfucking Revolution commence!
I am once again proud to be an American, and I haven't been one bit during the last 7 years, since September 11th.
I was proud then, but Dubya destroyed any hope for patriotism in my life. It was trendy at one point to be a patriot; but now I can proudly say I am. I love my country, and her people, for what they did on Tuesday. It's wonderful, and great, and any number of good things.
But...
California...
WHAT THE FUCKING HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU!!!?!?!?!?!?!!!?!?!!11!?1!?!!!!!!111!!!1!
Everyone deserves equal treatment in the eyes of the Universe, or your God. Everyone. No matter who they are. And ESPECIALLY in the eyes of the Government. This constitutional ban is so unconstitutional it's not even funny. The constitution is there to protect the rights of the people, not protect the rights of oppressive hubris spouting ideologues.
So TAKE TO THE STREETS! Protest this as if your life depends on it. Because every single one of your rights do. This is a step in the wrong direction, and if you don't think so; then I'm sure you are a homophobic closet homo. This is so fucking wrong and hateful and evil I cannot even begin to process it really yet.
Let the Revolution COMMENCE!
RISE UP!! GET OUT THERE!! MAKE YOURSELF HEARD PEOPLE!!
Viva la Revolution!
