To be fair to your assessment Preditor117, I like bending the rules, Jack did indeed class up the photobomb. As for the blur, it's a depth of field technique, making the photoshop more realistic towards the source photo.
those are some really funny one's the third place one was funny because of the Jack face in it the second place one is funny because of the facial expressions of those in the background and the first place one is just funny congrats to those that won
I actually think the 3rd place one is better, not because boobs, but because of the actual belief that Jack and Ray could have actually been in that photo.
Yeah but 2nd is technically the only one that looks like an actual 'photobomb'. 3rd looks like background noise and 1st like two people on the cover of Time. 2nd at least looks like someone popping into a pic they should never be in.
My personal favorite is Number 3, because you can barely tell it's photo shopped if you ask me. And the expression on their faces are priceless especially at a place like that.
Wait Wait Wait...shouldnt joel be in Meksicano's picture as well, because jack is there and so is Jessica Nigri, but she wouldn't show up for Jack if joel weren't there...

So yeah I like 2nd best.
Though the second one looks likes something from Jaws
