I stayed up all night to catch this live hoping it was an announcement about Immersion being tapped for TV.

I think that interviews should be a Rooster Teeth exclusive. Everyone on YouTube has proved that they are too immature to handle an informative guest on the podcast.

At least here, the community is more respectable.

RT Staff: this was great. Audio interviews were always hard to me to listen to. With the video podcast I didn't have that disconnected feeling. Seeing him talk, with his props and stuff he brought was riveting and very interesting.

I think you got a home run here. Not only do I look forward to more Video Podcast Interviews but now I'm interested in Ultima, a game I saw growing up but never played once.

I remember Ultima Online, just the box art cause I was in the country and couldn't get dial up yet. That game is the first game I can remember that had a box with multiple folds, so the art on the cover could be folded out and expanded via that little velcro button. I was graduating HS around then and I thought that was the neatest thing ever.

I'm really interested in this game series now.

Sincerely, thank you for making this interview and bringing to my attention this entertainment that I would've otherwise never heard of.

As an avid D&D player, I now have an opportunity to play a newer game that allows true path preference. I'm definitely going to look further into this game.

Thanks for the video! I hope you interview more people with ties to retro gaming!

I wonder if Burnie and Gus watched Spoony's Ultima Retrospective to review some of the features and story of previous ultima games.

Thanks for the great interview!

This certainly brought back memories. I spent countless nights in UO online and I'm looking forward to Richard's vision on the genre, so I backed the project on Kickstarter.

My wife is not going to like this.

Way to make me feel old.

EDIT: I was in what they called Friends/Family beta for UO. The dynamic response to player actions was scrapped. Interesting that they wanted to do that from the start. The first MMO wanted to do that.

U2 was the first Ultima I played. We saw it as a puzzle game with D&D stuff. I mean, time/space-travel with demons and what-not harkened to those old text-based adventure games.

Abby. I see what you mean... Howard`s storry is incredible, on thursday I got a great new Ariel Atom when I got my cheque for $6328 this - five weeks past and in excess of 10/k last-month. it's by-far the most financialy rewarding I've had. I started this 6 months ago and straight away started to bring home at least $78, per/hr. I use this web-site, Fly38.COM

I think The RT/AH guys should participate in the closed beta and do some lets plays on it. I'm sure they would be entertaining as well as give an inside look into how the game is evolving.

Great fun; any chance of a podcast version of this - 20x.5 or whatever; just my preferred method of media delivery.

The first RT Guest I've found interesting. I didn't have a computer that could play the Ultima series until around 2005, so I kinda missed it but was always very interested. I love RPGs where I can create my own path but always felt really limited in my choices even in games like Mass Effect or Dragon age.

I've backed the project and am really hoping that it will live up to my expectations.

Pretty much all the major stuff this man has done was before my time. Even so listening to this special podcast was something else. This is a guy who pretty much built my favorite genre and he's passionate enough I may very well be joining my first MMO once he releases it.
