Excuse me while I rant about my day...[hissyfit]
So... Months ago I registered to pre-order AC3, the Join or Die edition, for PC at a local gamestore... a few weeks ago I got the email with the purchase link, so I finalised my order and paid... So far all seems normal, right?

So... This morning, I get an email from said gamestore... "We're very sorry, but are unable to deliver your purchase"... Instead... I get a normal edition AC3 with a code for the Colonial Assassin DLC. Now... I have two issues already at this point...
1. Why on earth are they telling me this on release day... If they told me this sooner... preferably when I finalised the order and PAID FOR IT... I could have tried to find another store to place...

2. Although, as I said, I appreciate getting some compensation for their error... I'd much rather have received a leaflet for DLC that was originally part of the edition I ordered.... seeing as how that was how I made my choice in the first place...

Anyway... after a quick internet search to make sure there really was no way left for me to get my hands on the JoD edition... I decided oh well I'll cut my losses and go pick it up from the store... At least I will finally get to play the game tonight... Right?
WRONG! I get to the store... and after about 5 return trips to the back the manager tells me that she's "so sorry to inform me but it seems my delivery has been delayed"... She is 'hopeful' it will arrive tomorrow but there is a chance it'll be Monday...

So now... I'm at home... staring at the computer I could have been playing AC3 on...
I'm telling you... that gamestore... they've got a conspiracy going on against me...
