As far as I know, the black boxes under the cars are for sales lots. I have a friend who is a car salesman and one day I joked about stealing a car. He informed me that I wouldn't get far, because they can track the car and remotely shut it off. I don't know if there's anything else to it.
I doubt WiFi works very well when the signal has to go trough the sun ...also when Mars is closest to the Earth the lowest theoretical latency would be 186.8 seconds which would kinda suck so no you would not have internet on Mars.

Gus with "starfish" (although some people call them "Seastars" because they are not fish). They can regenerate by cutting off a limb that is attacted to the center part of the animal. Then it will create a whole new one. If you only cut off a part of its legs it will not form a new one. I used to work in an aquarium for five years and we did this experiment one time.
