Glucklich is German for happy. And its not English pronounced different, English is a Germanic language, so English super is a weird way to pronounce German Super.
On the part where you mentioned how the guy who plays Rick on "The Walking Dead" (Andrew Lincoln) is british but does not have the accent during the show. I found another actor who does is similar. Joely Richardson (best known from Nip/Tuck) is british but she does not have an accent in the show, Nip/Tuck.
The reason is so the gas station doesn't explode. There are other safety measures to prevent it, but the reason to shut your engine off it to keep sparks from igniting fumes and exploding the entire block.
You should shut off off your engine because your car could possibly light the fuel if you spill it. You guys even said that you have to make the rules for the stupid people so thats why you really should turn off your engine.
