I brought la coq sportif shoes because they have the rooster, which was close enough to the Rooster Teeth logo. They made a sale due to your trademark. They really shouldn't have tried to block yours.
I agree with Monty.. I mean I love Mass Effect and all that, but I think the amount of segments you've had about Mass Effect is starting to grind my gears.
Yeah, I'm not really into Mass Effect. So these super-specialized segments don't really appeal to me. (Like that new star wars game one.)

I agree with all that. Really hate to give any shit to the podcast since after all its free to listen to and all these first world commodities.. (I checked out the "ME" segment on a bus since I had nothing else to do. For their credit they barely talked about Mass Effect.)
This week had all my favorites, and they were all awesome, but, this week Monty was pretty cool, gotta say, he seemed wide awake and really surprised me. I love all the movie/special features talk and also drunk Joel is very entertaining. So all around great podcast!

So far, none of the segments after the podcast have been more appealing to me than the podcast it self. I don't like when there is a short podcast followed by a segment. I like the guys from RT and that's why I listen to the RT podcast.
I don't think the interviews are bad, they can be quite interesting, but when the podcast gets cut short because there is an interview, that is when it becomes annoying. If we had a normal full length podcast (if such a thing exists) and then had an interview it would be less invasive.
I'm all for extra content for Mass Effect... I don't really care for James Vega and his stupid nick names, but I hope they can change my mind about him.
Think in order to get a personal name trademarked you need to use it in commerce long enough to get secondary meaning. At least in the federal system. But, the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act protects personal names from being registered, if they are registered for profitable resale.

I regret that Rooster Teeth hasn't revisited Fanime (an immense Memorial Day-weekend anime convention in San Jose, CA) since 2007. It was then that I fist met Kathleen Z. (Tex), Nico, and a third booth representative whom I can't recall. I came away with a copy of "The Strangerhood" and an autographed copy of Trocadero's first album. As Fanime 2008 approached I asked via e-mail whether Rooster Teeth would return but a response from Gus revealed that, unfortunately, Fanime 2007 wasn't lucrative enough to justify returning.
