Im sure you guys are glad it's over......but it cheered me up after work all week long so thanks Also I was really excited that Mitch Hedberg's name was thrown out in this podcast. Anyway.....Awesome
"Hey, check this joke out. If you want to talk to me after the show, I'll be... fucking surprised. I'm gonna have to have some liner notes for that joke. "During that joke, Mitch points to the back." So people get the full experience. I'm gonna do a bunch of jokes that require actually seeing me. Then the CD will piss people off. "Hey, what do you think of that shirt? What the fuck, man? That's ridiculous" [audience laughs] "God damn, look at that haircut! You're fuckin nuts, dude!" Those people will not get the full experience."
I also love the Mitch Hedberg reference when Gav and Geoff were doing facial expressions! I was definitely thinking about that too.
Holy Crap! Jack has my new favourite voice. I could listen to him read the phone book.
Hilariously, I am installing WoW as we speak. I did the "10"-day trial which refused to play on my laptop (the Trial Version), managed to play maybe 8 hours over three days on my friend's laptop, before my trial ended. I spent the next week on Wowhead, waiting for my paycheck, planning how my Human Rogue was going to get a Mechanostrider. It took my friend a month of convincing to get me to open a trial account, and about two hours actual game time for me to go from "WoW is a fad, and I don't do fads" to "How can I fit this in?"
Also, particularly hilarious how Gavin was talking about how he stayed up to, what time to finish ODST, and then complain he wouldn't have enough time for an mmorpg.
So, Jack should be in more podcasts.
P.s. Before I forget, y'all should talk about what animals you do/have owned. Aside from Joe. I am curious.
Gus getting mad at Gavino is absolutely my FAVORITE part of any podcast! Second favorite is when Burnie gets mad at anything. I guess I just like it when other people are mad.
Appreciating your free time while you still have some! - You tell him Geoff! It's what I tell all the young whippersnappers around me.
Since graduating, the only time I'm free is when I'm "between contracts" and since I'm not earning anything, those aren't happy times.
Gav; make the most of your free time. Whether I'd describe gaming as the most constructive way to use your free time, is another matter - but NEVER SAY YOU HAVE NO TIME!!!!
I love when Gus gets mad at Gav. First, someone pisses Gus off, and then Gav gets yelled at. It's a perfect symbiotic relationship, onto which I latch like a parasite for entertainment.
I like Gus getting mad at Gav, because Gav linked to that damn seat belt commercial that freaked me the fuck out. Gus/Geoff, please punch Gav somewhere where it hurts and record it, because it would be awesome.
It is not lame to hear about their kids!! Its JUST AS interesting as being a jobless loser in LA!!!
Wish I was a jobless loser from LA with a kid... lol
12 and I'm usually one of the top 3 on my team in halo 3.
