drove to the gym today, due to rain...although it hasnt rain since...figures. Ran/walked for 20 minutes for my warm up, then did my abs routine. Decided to use the startrac Chest Press and did full sets at 100 lbs....strange how different machines allow me to do different weight. Used a different type of Fly machine....only used 40 lbs on it, and it was hard as hell...switched to 4 sets of 10 reps. Walked for 10 minutes for a cool down. Legs hurt, chest and arms feel used, but not painfully so.

Gotta figure out something to do tomorrow.

    Do a bodyweight circuit.

      Pushups, pullups, squats, planks, side-planks, burpees (or bastards)...just exercises that you don't need equipment for.
