you should make sure to say if the stream will be up or its not and gets prerecorded because people are getting confused on finding stuff or annoyed...... that certain things they can't see

I've heard from a few people that it's going to be the Indie Game Dev panel in JW 303. That would also add up to what Gray said in the RWBY panel about it being at the Marriot. To find it on the live stream it'll be listed as one of the other JW rooms if 303 isn't actually up there.

There is a separate centre stage to the Grand Stage in the Hilton, there seems to be no event list for the actual centre stage yet... Makes it annoying for the stream, but the RWBY stuff on the Grand stage starts in 10 minutes and can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OF2w0CGMiJM

Bonus Tip: If you are not going to RTX, you can still use the app to keep up to date with the schedule, and create your own planner with alerts so you know when to switch to the correct stream to watch a panel.

I have screwed everything up... I feel like I have just wasted so much money... This was supposed to be a fun exciting trip... but I am such a screw up. I missed the autograph announcement... and I wont get to meet and get the autograph of the main person I came for. I screwed up my flight, so I only get to be here for friday and saturday... and the main panel I wanted to go to is on Sunday.... I came alone and I am over 1000 miles away from anyone I know... and I feel like such a failure... I am laying in my hotel room alone... crying, regretting everything. This sucks.

Hey, don't focus on the negative that'll just bring you down and you wont enjoy the event you have ahead of you.
Instead enjoy every moment you have out there, take it all in and you'll have an amazing time.
I know it seems like you are far away from everyone you know and that can feel really lonely but you are going to be surrounded by the RT community, you couldn't be in better company. I was over there for RTX 2013 and came over from Ireland, everyone was so welcoming and full of life and excitement for the event and meeting new people and fans.
Wish I could have headed back this yea.... someday maybe.
But yea, don't dwell on the bad things. Head out there and have an amazing time. I promise if you go in to RTX positive you will have the best time :)

You got to go to an event a lot of us couldn't afford to go. You'll be with hundreds if not thousands of other people who all share the same exact interest as you and something you all love. You're not alone. That's the beauty of these conventions. You're never truly alone. Smile, please.

My advice is to get out all your tears and feel upset for as long as you need to, and then fake it. I'm totally serious, it's proven that faking hapiness and confidence will in fact make you feel that way. Put on your favorite outfit that you brought, go out there and find someone else who looks like they came alone. I'm sorry to hear that you're having a rough time, I hope it turns around for you!

You'll need your RTX badge to get into any RTX activities at any of the locations. Last year they had guardians/security making sure that people were wearing the badges on the convention floor and I assume that it will be the same for the hotels beyond the lobbies.

Those are the after-hours events. As long you have a weekend pass or for that day, you can attend them (at least until they fill to capacity).

Some panels will be streamed for sure (I'm on the Late Night Lemonade Podcast one and we, along with everyone else, were asked if it was ok to live stream the panel). I'm sure they'll announce which ones will be once they release the details of each panel.

Hey Barbara! I know your probably busy with RTX and that's awesome, hope to come see you guys for the first time next year.
But I have a question, in which I'm not sure who to ask. You seem pretty active with responding to the community soo....
I've recently started Twitch Streaming for a group I've been apart of for almost as long as I have been here and was wondering if it is possible to have a twitch channel mini player show up on a person's profile here at RT. When I edited my "About Me" section and input the code for the player it popped up as I was typing it, but once saved it only showed a standard hyperlink.
I'd really appreciate some help, hopefully this isn't against any rules on the new site. I know your busy, but hope to hear from you eventually! :-)
