It's no coinciden that shortly after someone found paperwork that proof the Happy Birthday song was created by the Hills sisters and since their passing the song would have been royalty free now Warner Bros, the company that claimed ownership and was keeping essentially everyone from using it on TV, Radio, Movies etc since the pass two decades is now "letting" the song be royalty free and will pay around $14 Million dollars in shares to those that had used it and were fined by the big WB.
