I currently have a double gold membership on here.
Back when I was a sponsor the 5% discount was applied automatically.
But now that I'm double gold I should have gotten 10% off as stated.
At the checkout I tried typing in FIRST10 and SPONSOR10, but none worked.
I tried the checkout anyway and there was no discount.
So I tried the support link:

E-mailing it got me nowhere:
Then I tried messaging @Barbara, but I never got a reply, that was two days ago at time of writing:
