Halo 3, W00T! And my commentating....With all of the discussion of Halo 3, I just wish to purchase a Xbox 360. I currently possess a Xbox, unfortunately not the new 360.. or better, the 360 elite. Damn me....
Second, I don't understand any the Halo fans are bitching over the Halo 3 Beta's graphics, mentioning that it sucks, and that Gears of War is considered "better". During the time I viewed the "Betalicious" video, it was astonishing and magnificant within an enormous quantity of aspects. To begin with, Halo 3 does NOT possess Halo 2 texturing, as you have noticed it's MUCH better, and the Spartan armor no longer has that "rustbucket" appearance. It's technically a combination of the Spartan Mark V and VI armors, both within the shiny appearance, and of course the mold. However, as you have noticed, the hand and helmet molds have been modified by a slight bit, as comparing it to the Halo 2 version.
The maps possess excellent detailing and texturing, in which, is quite extensive to state the least. The vehicles are much better detailed, and the mongoose is a little ass-kickary vehicle, a vehicle in which I have intentions for it aswell. ^_^
I know, Halo 3 is going to be the next most excellent thing since like.... ever. It will pwn Gears of War, and every other game that attempts to remove it's powerful strength. There is literally no video, or computer game like Halo. Halo 3 gives the the WOW expression and I mean the shaking, jumping WOW expression during the time I see ass whooping with the new Assault Rifle.
However, if Halo 3 has the badass M6D pistol return, it could certainly be the most kick-ass game ever. Assured. ;)
